Gary Jenkins MSc

Managing Director &

Principal Consultant

With over 20 years’ experience leading project and corporate Assurance functions for EPCI Contractors and Operators in the Oil & Gas sector, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Masters in Organisational & Business Psychology, Gary is particularly well qualified to understand the drivers of performance in structurally complex, culturally diverse, and globally dispersed organisations.

Working for both Operator and Contractor, Gary has developed a holistic and pragmatic understanding of the challenges faced on both sides of the contract divide.

 

Managing multi-cultural teams in globally diverse locations, from Singapore to Switzerland and Moscow to Malaysia, Gary has experienced at first hand the influence of culture on organisational performance.

This combination of experience and knowledge provides Gary with a perhaps uniquely balanced skill-set that enables him to recognise, understand and manage the various, complex factors that influence organisational performance.

Steve Waudby

Senior Consultant

Steve is a highly qualified and extensively experienced practitioner in the field of organisational development and performance improvement.

With over 20 years in the Royal Navy, Steve has spent the past 10 years specialising in the development and delivery of induction, coaching, mentoring, and organisational development initiatives for the likes of 

the Royal Navy and NATO, before moving into the private sector. The wide ranging nature of these organisational environments, has given Steve essential insights into how organisational context is critical when assessing performance objectives, and developing and implementing improvement strategies.

Sally Armstrong MSc

Senior Consultant

With an Msc in Leadership and Management, Sally is a highly qualified and extensively experienced performance improvement specialist. 

Sally has some 15 years in the Royal Navy, and is significantly experienced in the development and implementation of both organisational development
